The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with three-seater sofa, which can be used as a bed of two people, and a WC. A big advantage is the direct access to the 18sqm private pool from all areas of the ground floor. Outside the ground floor you will find a large wooden dining room which creates the ideal conditions for a breakfast meal having as a background the “green” of the forest and the “blue” of the sky and the sea or a romantic candle light dinner by the pool. The internal circular staircase leads to the first floor where there are two main bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two large single beds which can be converted into another double bed. On the first floor is also the main bathroom. In the auxiliary areas of the basement the guest can utilize all the necessary home furnishing.
